It’s the First Day of Spring and today we are posting 7 steps to a happier and healthier you! The steps may be simple, but the journey isn’t always easy. Focus on one step at a time by challenging yourself each month with just one of these healthy habits. With each new month add a step.
Maybe start April with eating healthy and when May rolls around keep eating healthy and add some gradual, simple exercise to your routine such as walking, yoga or weight lifting. By end of the year you’ll have incorporated some great healthy habits that will benefit you physically and mentally.
